Fixed the customerCount query index. This query was performing a full table scan on every request, which got progressively slower as retailers accumulated more customer records. Adding a proper index should bring response times back down.
Team
Discussed lot metadata direction with the team. Also had a feedback session with the Ecom team about cross-team collaboration. Working across time zones with Portugal means we need to be more intentional about async handoffs.
