I verified the BigQuery access changes in the GCloud console that were deployed from the infrastructure access repo, then created a personal dev dataset (dev_jt) in BigQuery to start testing data uploads with the pipeline tool. I also opened another PR to add the rest of the X-Series team to the BigQuery access variables, since Insaf and Vicky will need access for their work on the Cash Movement Report. I still need to ask the team about the process for creating a feature flag to gate the frontend route.
Investigations
Pushing the offline mode cost analysis to next week since the Cash Movement Report foundational work is taking priority right now.

Insaf asked to be onboarded to the Cash Movement Report project this afternoon, so I will walk him through the current state and what needs to be done next.
