The PR for the cash movement CDC stream was approved, so I merged and deployed the changes to production. I monitored the data flow and confirmed that cash movement data is being captured correctly in BigQuery.
I reached out to the Insights team to request access to the production datasets for adding the search index on the new cash movement report table. During this process, I discovered access limitations to developer tables in the sandbox environment and discussed possible solutions with the Insights team. We are considering using the production datasets for frontend development, while I sent Zhijie a seed file with instructions to set up a local dev environment as an alternative.
I met with Zhijie, Vicky, and Wasiff to discuss project priorities and next steps for the Cash Movement Report. I also need to decide whether we want to continue with adding cash movement data to the register_closure webhook event.
