The LRX-39139 translation drift cleanup is finally wrapping up on the test side. I fixed the remaining broken tests in the repo, which brings that phase to a close. Methodical work, but satisfying to see the suite green again.

I also updated the localization epic with rollout subtasks to make sure the path to production is clearly mapped out for the team. While doing that, a real question surfaced: I added a new key and notified the relevant teams, but I am now wondering whether that warrants a formal RFC. New keys can have broader surface area than they appear to at first, especially once localization pipelines and downstream consumers are factored in. Worth looking into before assuming a quick notification is sufficient.
