Projects

The LRX-41208 backfill command is behaving well so far. I ran dry runs against demo retailers and verified no issues, which is exactly the kind of quiet result you want from a surgical backfill. The next step is graduating those runs toward production with confidence.

There are a couple of housekeeping items I need to circle back on. The roadmap needs an update to account for how the localization work intersects with the reactification effort, and right now my thinking is that a three-phase breakdown is the right way to represent that. These two workstreams touching each other is not a surprise, but getting the phasing written down explicitly will save a lot of confusion in planning conversations down the road. I also need to update the sprint review slides to reflect the QBO sync fix, since that work landed and deserves to be represented accurately before the next review.
