Reviewed PR #17137 from Vicky in monocle for LRX-42862, which hides ecom registers from the UI. Keeping ecom registers out of contexts where they do not belong is the kind of guard rail that prevents a lot of confused support tickets down the road.
On the gift card cleanup front, I opened PR #7276 in webregister for LRX-41870, deleting the gift card HTML templates and their template cache references. This continues the extraction work from earlier in the week and keeps the deletion path clean. I also merged PR #7237 for LRX-41866, putting the dead customer AngularJS directive removal officially to bed. That one had been in flight for a bit, so it feels good to see it land.
