Projects

I completed LRX-41114, the warn-launch communications for the key convention, closing out a piece of the localization work that's been building over the past few entries. Getting this communicated out matters as much as building the thing itself, since a convention nobody knows about might as well not exist.

On the review side, I spent a good chunk of the day going through Vicky's sync monitor work in monocle for LRX-43898. That ticket has been landing in pieces, and today I reviewed the API client in PR #17761, the session management work in PR #1765, and the SSE stream in PR #17808. Three PRs from the same ticket in one sitting is a good way to see how the pieces fit together rather than reviewing them in isolation, and it made the overall shape of the sync monitor feature much clearer to me.

I'm also underway on LRX-41111, the pilot Transifex push and dashboard verification that serves as our rollout gate. This is the kind of step that doesn't get skipped, since verifying the dashboard before a wider rollout is what keeps a bad push from becoming everyone's problem at once.
