External Requests

The CLF Phase 1 rollout flag removal in PR #7580 (LRX-46412) and the line-item fulfilment popover back navigation fix in PR #7571 (LRX-46413) are still sitting in my review queue. Both are worth getting to soon rather than later: flag removals and navigation fixes tend to be small in diff size but outsized in how quickly they get noticed if something's off, so I don't want them stalling.

Projects

LRX-41890 is done. I finished scaffolding bootstrap.ts and wiring all the managers in their proper dependency order, closing out the foundational piece I'd been chipping away at. With that landed, the next step is making sure it actually holds up under test before it ships, so I've got LRX-41895 through LRX-41900 queued up for testing and I'm prepping to release LRX-41890 next Monday. Getting the wiring right was the hard part; now it's about proving it out before it goes live. Separately, PR #18320 for LRX-43904, which adds connection status pills and banners, is still waiting on my review.

Dev Environment

I'm continuing work on the MCP subagent architecture, aiming to cut down on the upfront context usage in my development environment. This is one of those improvements that doesn't show up in a changelog anywhere but quietly makes every session afterward a little less sluggish, so I'm sticking with it.
